Do I have to sign a contract?

No contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime. We don't use contracts simply because we don't believe in locking people into a relationship. If you like our service, we'd love to have you. If you don't we'd want to figure out how to make it work, but you'll never be forced to stay.

Do support hours rollover each month?

Hours within our standard support packages do not roll over each month. Use it or lose it. So make sure to pick a package that works best for your organization. That being said, a website is never done, and there's always something we can do to help your business. It's rare that someone didn't spend all their time.

Additional hours (10-Hour Blocks) do roll over month-to-month and do not expire.

Can I just buy a block of hours without a subscription?

To be eligible for this special pricing, you have to purchase a subscription plan to be eligible to purchase the deeply discounted blocks of additional time.

What all comes with the support plan?

It depends on the actual plan. All come with a certain number of pre-paid labor hours, and most come with some level of database and file backups. Then we'll conduct basic site and web server maintenance tasks that usually take between 1-2 hours a month. The time needed for maintenance will be deducted from your available hours and varies from month to month. Beyond that, you can use the remaining time for anything you wish. If you don't have a pressing need, we'll usually suggest spending the time on site performance, speed optimization, or SEO tasks.

Are there any other fees?

If you're an existing Crow and Raven client, you are all set up and there are no additional fees. However, if you are new to us, there is a one-time setup fee of $500 (invoiced outside of this platform). This fee covers setting up a .git repository, development instances, a private staging server for your site, getting deployments configured for each instance plus production, database backups, and gathering other necessary documentation from you.

How can I spend my hours?

You can spend your hours every month on whatever services you want. For example, web design and content support, or web development and digital asset design. You'll submit a ticket to us requesting how we can help, and we'll follow up with how many hours it will take. No surprises.

How do I submit a request for services?

Sign up for an account, then login. Submit a ticket with the level of priority, and we'll follow up with how many hours the request will take to complete, as well as the estimated completion date. Once you sign up for an account, you'll have access to a dashboard where you can easily submit a new ticket, and see how many hours you have remaining for the month. 

What's the guaranteed service level agreement?

You can find a complete description of the service level agreement here. It includes everything you need to know about the request process, response times, limitations, coverage, and how time is managed.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Your plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, which starts when you sign up for a plan, but you can stop them from renewing by canceling at any time. You'll have hours to spend immediately. Even if you cancel before the next billing cycle, you can still spend the hours that you purchased for the month.

Can I get a refund?

We cannot issue refunds after your payment has been processed. So, if you're planning on canceling your subscription, make sure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
